Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within approximately 24 hours after the order details and payment arrangements have been confirmed.

When shipping is needed and available, orders are generally shipped within two days after processing. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, service selected, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

Shipping charges are calculated by region at checkout. Until online checkout is available, we will provide the applicable shipping cost before the order is finalized.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipments to Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic may be subject to customs requirements, duties, taxes, or carrier fees. Charges not included at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
